Time Wasting Clients

Some clients expect you to be able hit short deadlines even though they delay sending you important information and are clearly out of their depth when it comes to managing time and organising a project. But time wasting clients cost you money.

While thats a somewhat humorous view, it’s important to understand that when you’re not doing work at your preferred pay rate that you’re really losing money. Even if that client makes you some money, it’s likely the hourly rate you need isn’t being matched.
If you’re stuck with a client that costs you money instead of making it, then you need to find a way to cut them loose so that you can focus your efforts on developing relationships with better paying clients or, at least clients that won’t annoy you.
